When:    June 6th, 2012 (Wednesday)
Desc:      An in-depth lecture style training to educate attendees about JavaScript and jQuery

This intensive 1-day lecture style boot-camp on JavaScript and jQuery has been designed specifically for developers who wish to quickly learn how to use these important technologies in various scenarios. Attendees of this class (who are assumed to know at least the basics of another programming language such as C#, Visual Basic, C++, or…) will first learn JavaScript language concepts and syntax and will then learn how to apply these concepts in various scenarios including the use of the popular jQuery open-source JavaScript framework. The class then proceeds towards a detailed look at the powerful features provided by jQuery, including its various versions and modules (including 3rd party modules). The aspects learned in this training class are generic and can be used in any JavaScript development environment, although most of the examples will use HTML web browser scenarios, sometimes in combination with Microsoft back-end technologies to facilitate the explanation of certain concepts.

The training class will be held at our offices in Houston, Texas as well as online via GoToMeeting.  After the class, attendees will receive the PowerPoint slides, the code samples and videos of each class as reference materials.

Note: This class can also be booked at a discount as part of our new Web Combo class.
