Detailed Biography

John started his career working as a Technical Writer in the Library Automation industry before working with Enterprise software. John has authored technical documentation for a variety of audiences, ranging from business users, to administrators, to developers. John is skilled in collaborating with product and development teams to produce effective and technical documentation.

On his own time, John dabbles in baking, martial arts, and table-top role-playing games.
