EPS Software Corp. Releases New CODE Framework Build

Houston, TX – October 28, 2013… EPS Software Corp., CODE, and Markus Egger Inc. are proud to announce a new build of the CODE Framework. The CODE Framework is available for download on Codeplex at http://codeframework.codeplex.com

EPS Software Corp/ CODE is proud to announce a new release of CODE Framework. The biggest new set of features in this build revolves around display of various types of lists in WPF client applications. CODE Framework features an exceptionally flexible way to express collections of data as “lists," which can be displayed in various ways, such as Live Tiles, simple lists, 3D carousels, and much more. It is also possible to display such lists in ways that would be traditionally referred to as “data grids” (lists with multiple resizable columns and the like). This last feature has been greatly enhanced in this latest build, making it easier to create more advanced “data grid” style lists, with advanced features such as controls hosted in columns and headers, templating support, and much more, without giving up the overall freedom this approach entails (such as applying a different theme that displays the list completely different).

This latest build also includes various enhancements that improve WPF application performance and make it even easier to build advanced business applications with great performance characteristics. Performance enhancements include features that make it easier to create high-performance multi-threaded (“asynchronous”) applications, as well as features that improve tasks commonly found in WPF applications, regardless of whether they are multi-threaded or not.

As always, this build is free and open-source and can be downloaded from http://codeframework.codeplex.com.
